Q: Can your feathers be washed, curled, flat-ironed, etc?
A: YES, absolutely, all of the above (and more!). Our high quality natural feathers can be styled however you like and they will go with the flow!
Q: How long do the feathers last?
A: With proper installation (remember, you need to REALLY squeeze that bead down hard!) our feathers have been known to stay in for up to 3 months! Make sure you are gentle when brushing and avoid using a comb around your feathers, and they should last a very long time.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders are processed within 4 - 5 business days and sent via USPS 1st class or Priority Mail. However - feathers are in high demand right now, and we hand-dye and process each one, so in some cases it may take up to 12 days for your order to be processed and to go out the door. You will receive an automated email when your order has been shipped!
Q: How many silicone lined crimp beads come with my feathers?
A: Unless you order a Pro Kit with a set number of beads, we send 1 silicone lined crimp bead for every two feathers that you order, plus one extra. So if you order 11 feathers, you will receive 5 beads + 1 extra = 6 beads. If you order 3 feathers you will receive 1 bead (3 / 2) + 1 extra = 2 total. 20 feathers? 20 / 2 = 10 + 1 extra = 11 beads. Too much math? Sorry! :)
